Yep, it’s the awesome date–I even wrote a blog about it this week (check it out if you missed it). I’m currently sitting in the Newark Airport awaiting a pretty awesome birthday weekend (if you include Monday) celebration in New York City. Last year’s birthday was not the best (as evidenced by the lack of blogs), and it is absolutely amazing how different life is just one short year later. I hope you all enjoy this weekend as well.
Before I get to the blogs from this week, I want to give major thanks to all those who have served and a special shout out to my good friend, Andrew, who continues to inspire me by his dedication and service to his country and to his fellow man.
